Just man up and go to bed early. Set your alarm and get up early. If you're struggling to sleep at a reasonable time, you're probably having too much caffeine and sugar. Sleeping pills won't work as they screw up your REM cycles and you wake up tired. Pulling an all nighter won't work as it will just make you feel sick, and you'll end up sleeping for much longer than the 8 hours you'll want to sleep in a good pattern. GO TO BED AT 9:30, WAKE UP AT 6:00 AND KEEP DOING THIS UNTIL YOU START SCHOOL.
Go to sleep an hour earlier each night... Then when you reach your normal sleep time, just keep it that way.
If you want to fall asleep instantly then take your hands and wrap them around your neck. Then proceed to choke yourself until you pass out. Works 100% every time.
