So I was just screwing around today, very bored...and was messing around with my paintbrushes. I kinda like the pulse font, tell me what ya think:
The render is hard to make out, I dont know what you did to it. Try to really use the render you have there, the sharp one, and do not edit it like you did right now cuz it just does not look good. The text is too hard to read, you have to use another font or another color for my eyes please. ^.^ The background is messy, there is the there is a bg and a fg feeling, too. Have a look at your first signature in your signature (lol), that one has a pretty okay fg and bg composition. Plus the background has no flow, it goes in circles around the render, well you can do that to have a focal on it, but I would really rather work with lighting to increase the focal where you want it too. Maybe with that circle gradient (b/w, white circle in the middle) and set it on soft light and some 50% or even use renderfilters for the omni light and set the opacity down a little bit. Try to get used to C4D effects, it will increase your lighting very very much. ^.^ And remove that border. It does not fit to the signature. Good luck, and keep up the work.
Wow...ok! Thanks for the critique. What kinda effects? I have GIMP, so nothing PS. I'll work on my flow, and change the text color.
I made a new one inspired by the Shoes SOTW (which lost to sound...) and figured Id save the space of a new topic...
