I am not a coder but I have made a few sites using dreamweaver. They worked in some places, but the slices ripped apart on some other browsers and such. Maybe you sliced incorrectly, or just bad coding? Like I said I am not an expert, but since no one else has come up with anything....

i dont think its the slicing. its a pre made layout. also pretty much every pre made layout i try using comes out messed up. im pretty sure its something that im doing but i just cant igure it out. everything seems to be right though

Perhaps rename the CSS file to be the same as the index.html file? I don't code so I wouldn't know more, but yeah you can probably give it a try and see if the tables are messed up.

Just looking through the zip file quickly and at the html, it truthfully looks just like a bad slicing job. Freewebs has nothing to do with how the html will actually look, if you open up the files and look at them in your web browser and upload those same files to your host they will look the same, there really isn't anything the server can change. I noticed in your html/css folder your image links are also broken, fixing them still doesn't solve your problem. Your best bet is to just slice it over correctly and start over.
