PreviewNew Zune The New Zune Hd Comes Out Next Month With 2 sizes 16($219+tax) 32($289+tax) Ever Since the 1st gen zune ive been addicted to them i personally hope this version will better than the ipod like the older versions of it i know theres people on the forum that love the ipod but personally i think the zune is better and has better advantages Announced Drop Date Sept 15 Fixed Links
DOES IT HAVE BACKING BY A HUGE DEVELOPER COMMUNITY, AS WELL AS AN OPEN SOURCE SDK AND API? I THINK NOT. THIS IS JUST A MUSIC PLAYER.
What is a SDK and API you bringin on a whole set of new tech words ive never heard before (Not The Best Pic But You can update if you willin)
Link's not working. Might wanna' fix that . I see no reason to upgrade past my iPod Video, 30GBs, portability and it not being broken are all I need to continue using it .
I don't really like how misleading the name is, Zune HD ..it stores HD films so you can then view them on a HDTV. Think I will stick with my Iphone/Ipod touch for now, though after Windows 7 I kinda am growing back into being Billys little bitch. We will see.
What is the point of having a fancy mp3 player if it can't hold any songs. I would need ten of these to hold my library. =\ Or I could just keep my two 160gb ipod classics.
I dunno if I can trust the Zune anymore. I got one when they first came out, it worked fine for a couple of months, and then it would never be recognized by my computer again. I recently reformatted my computer, and the Zune worked again, but then it stopped working shortly after. Maybe the new version will work better.
An API is a programming framework used to write applications. For example, DirectX is an API, OpenGL is an API, .NET is an API. SDK stands for Software Development Kit. It's basically a pack of stuff you can use for developing apps for a certain product or environment.
Ok thanks and i dont know bout all that all i know is what they tell me in the emails lol but im sure their might be a chance for some apps hopefully
Isn't 16GB too little space for HD videos? They are so big... Plus you have your music and photos... The HD videos only run at a HDTV right? Not on Zune's screen?
