    Hey,
I need to get some small flyers or business cards printed to advertise my online business.

Which do you think will be more effective at gathering interest?
I personally think flyers as you can include some pictures of products etc on there, but some friends of mine seem to have a better effect with custom desgined full colour business cards.

Also, does anyone know any websites which deliver to the UK which print good quality flyers / business cards CHEAP?
It would have to allow me to use my own custom designed images, which i will ask someone from GR to design for me.

    Thanks :D

    Well it all depends.

Business cards are for people who meet people everyday, who are always meeting important/business people. When you give them, they have good/great service from you so they recommend you to bigger projects.

Flyers are for going out and just posting them all over, hoping to get started. Get calls and such. Which this includes people who don't have a reputation, meaning you can get screw for your money.

I think business cards are more proffesional and have more of an impact on people.

Also, I helped my cousin with the business cards on his business, real estate. We used MinutemanPress . They have they deliver to England, although prices are a bit high.

Hmm yeah i see where you're coming from...
I guess flyers will probably have a larger effect for me to start out with then as i can stick them to posts, walls and leave them in shops and hand them out.

Any ideas of any good printers which are cheap?

Edit: just saw you're edit, ill check out that site and see what they can do for me pricewise, thanks.

I always found business cards to be more effective. Or if you have a friend who owns a store or such, a flyer with a business card dispenser attached.

a high weight stock with a pushout card in the middle. For people you'll be meeting face to face, cards are fine but to rouse the general public, get some home delivery leaflets, as far as I'm aware, for a fee, royal mail will deliver for you. Oh, and if anyone says vista print, feel free to stab yourself in the face.
