Too chaotic. Calm things down some, grasshopper.

 

Right side is nice but, as Nitsuj said, the left side is very chaotic and messy.

 

You should have everything coming out of the back of the skateboard and going in one direction. Then work on the text.

Other than that, it's good.

effects need a source and the green c4d clashes

 

The green C4D is awful. The left side is way to messy.
You got a nice flow lol not complaining about that one buddy. The text is very nice and the colors (except for that green c4d) look great.
The contrast is a little too high as well, considering the left side.
