3-d Films

    Obviously, generally this is simply a marketing gimmick to bring in more money.

    But it can help a film. Particularly horror in my opinion, My Bloody Valentine isn't worth watching if it's not in 3D but the presence of 3D helped a lot.
    And there's two more "horrors" coming out in 3D, the remake of Pirahna, and particularly, and importantly, Final Destination 4 (The Final Destination).

    Though it's a double edges sword, watching a film made for 3D in 2D is ------ing annoying because during every blatant little scene that tries to slide 3D into it, you get nothing, and it's frustrating.

    Anywho.

    Piranha woot! Awesome flick. Well not really but I love it haha.

    So it's gonna be in 3d. Neat. I will definitely watch. :D

    It also hurts the piracy game, which is probably another major reason why they are doing it.

    Here in the states every theater near me is now scanning people coming in for cameras.
