This is a great idea buddy. But like dope just said all you really did was a add a stock and render, when your making a tag personally I want my art to show more of what I can do to that stock and render to change it and make it become my own, not just taking something someone else has and putting it together. So you should take a look at some tutorials and learn a few things to make into your own art and hopefully that'll jump start you.
oh yea i know its only a stock and render, i just liked the idea of a sniper then zoomin in with a scope, i can use PS already in a fashion just gettin back into it, ill post something else up later also what exactly does the displace filter do, when i use it, it seems to just make a mess of my stock :s
Thats pretty much what it does, you jsut gotta erase what ever you don't wanna use and use the rest for effects, like my tag on the right has some displacement in it
