It doesn't look like it's worth $15, but it does look good. 24 people is a bit small, but it's alright for a download game. And I gotta say, it is really fun. Kind of frustrating at times, but very fun. 24 People manages to flow pretty well. Visuals are nice, but there is consistent amount of lag, like the bullets don't hit when they should. Fun game. Worth the money, indeed.
