I was expecting a lot going into Watchmen. The first part of it was alright and I liked the jail scene but the rest left me snoring. They chose a terrible actor for Night Owl, they had terrible sex scenes, and the action was very dull. It did have an interesting story plot, but the director didn't follow up on that. I bet if I directed it, I would of done great. :thumbdown: This is a srs thread. I'm talking to you Mortified Penguin. Dissssscusssss
I don't know why but I hated it, probably because I did not understand most of it. Perhaps because I haven't read the comic as I heard that it was related to it.
Too bad Im sure you couldnt touch anywhere near the level this movie did. If you read the comic at all you would see the movie is almost an exact copy. And last I checked alot of people want that more then just some made up story. Was it a waste of 13 dollars to see it? Not by a long shot if you understood the movie as a whole. Which Im guessing you didnt. Now Im not tryin to flame you. Just gonna say that you should be careful when you say you can do something better... When you know you cant
