    comes up a few levels through campain in Halo 2... but only the intro

    Drum and Bass is the best for gaming imo.

    Anything without vocals that is upbeat and rhythmic. D&B is pretty solid, most trance-y club music is as well (I was going to say 'club' but then rap and shit would get thrown in).

    for me, depends on the kind of game. shooters.. hard rock/rock... sports franchises and racing games i listen to rap and country. don't ask me why i mix the two hahahaha.. something bout whoopin on someone listening to, She's My Kind of Rain - Tim McGraw just gives me a total ownage kind of feeling.
