For a setup like yours (if I understand you correctly), I would probably recommend a Corsair TX650W. Corsairs are quality built PSUs. The TX650W are fairly priced, have a single +12v rail with 52A (which is good), and it will last you.
you do realize that nvidia has a lot of review sites more or less payed off to publish the benchmarks of nvidia's choosing, right? Before the GTX 275 came aout a lot of sites comapred the 4890 to the GTX 285 and concluded they were neck and neck, one week later on the same drivers it's concluded to be slower than the slower 275... the main draw to the 4890 at this point is price, it's about on par with the 275, but is cheaper. It also has more overclocking headroom.
Okay so if I buy the 4890, will I be able to run it with my PC (seeing the compatibility and all). Also, will YOU help me overclock it then? Because I don't have a cooling system installed on my PC and you know where I live is like 40C normal. P.S it's summer season so...
Alright, I'm headed to the computer store to buy it in about 3~4 days, after which I'll be coming after you and xlink. =p
