Hey Ya'll New To Gfx

    Hi guys, im nobartholem, im 14, and i decided to get into GFX.

    First i want to see what i can do with a free program like GIMP because i don't wnat to spend 500 bucks on photoshop if i cant to crap with it.

    so heres my first sig:

    I want your feedback, and i also want to know more about how renderes work...

    because i see renders with black backgrounds, and when i go to save the picture, when i save them and try and use them, the background is sitll black, not transparent as a render should be.

    so, hi, im here.

    Hello, welcome to the site. Gimp is terrible. If you want to see what your true potential in the computer art medium is get photoshop, legally or "that-opposite-word". Or just get a photoshop trial.
