Hmm What Do The Other Times Mean?

I had a watch which also had London, New York, And Tokyo (I believe) on it but Idk what the ef those times can be.
From the windows 7 clocks.

london= 5 hours ahead of US EST time (also NYC time)
tokyo= 13 hours ahead of US EST time.

you need better verbage and grammar, punctuation doesnt matter. as long as theres a period at the end of a sentence

I'm asking what the other times on the clock mean. I don't like to curse so I typed 'what the ef' instead of what the ------.
Referring to the New York, Tokyo, and London comment one of my old watches looked similar to that (with the 3 other times showing) but those times on there can't possibly mean the same thing.
What is 'your' opinion on it?
