    Oof?
    Mkay.
Let's go through this bit by bit (Because it's so much more fun that way).

The first one, is definetely better than the other you posted. However. Issues.

'nobody dieing from meat cleavers.' ; That's okay, nobody dies from meat cleavers anyway.
'Are unable to make a real plan with an introduction.' ; Introduction? What?
'To give yourself a title is like going to an intervention.' ; See 'what' above.

That and it's so, unoriginal, and preachy etc. really quite bugs me. Nothing should ever be written ever again on the 'state' of the planet, because it doesn't work.

    Number two.
Not going to bother, unoriginal hook that destroys a classic song.

Stopped there, but, better, I guess.

meat cleavers was very specific but stands for a means of death rather than the exact way of killing. Meat cleavers are brutal and ------ed up, so I was referring to the way human beings kill each other in such disgusting ways.

"A few people who have morals to fight the destruction,
Are unable to make a real plan with an introduction."

As in, there are people will to take a stand, but none of em actually make a plan with a START(introduction) to do anything.

And the original song 99 Red Balloons/99 luftballons has a LOT to do with society today. And with those lyrics I tried to point out some things, with out getting too detailed. Maybe I should have.

and you're right, there's really no means of originality left. These lyrics are much more original than some mainstream ---- you hear today, but I agree they aren't brand new at all.

Where is the Love? -- Black Eyed Peas

What's wrong with the world mama?
People living like aint got no mamas
I think the whole worlds addicted to the drama
Only attracted to the things that bring you trauma
Overseas yeah we tryin to stop terrorism
But we still got terrorists here livin
In the USA the big CIA the Bloodz and the Crips and the KKK
But if you only have love for your own race
Then you only leave space to discriminate
And to discriminate only generates hate
And if you hatin you're bound to get irate
Yeah madness is what you demonstrate
And that's exactly how anger works and operates
You gotta have love just to set it straight
Take control of your mind and meditate
Let your soul gravitate to the love y'all

    People killing people dying
Children hurtin you hear them crying
Can you practice what you preach
Would you turn the other cheek?
    Father Father Father help us
    Send some guidance from above
Cause people got me got me questioning
Where is the love?(where is the lovex3)(the love2x)

It just ain't the same all ways have changed
New days are strange is the world the insane?
If love and peace so strong
Why are there pieces of love that don't belong
    Nations dropping bombs
Chemical gases filling lungs of little ones
    With ongoing suffering
    As the youth die young
So ask yourself is the loving really strong?
So I can ask myself really what is going wrong
With this world that we living in
    People keep on giving in
    Makin wrong decisions
Only visions of them livin and
    Not respecting each other
    Deny thy brother
The wars' going on but the reasons' undercover
    The truth is kept secret
    Swept under the rug
    If you never know truth
    Then you never know love
    Where's the love y'all?(I don't know)
    Where's the truth y'all?(I don't know)
    Where's the love y'all?

    People killing people dying
Children hurtin you hear them crying
    Can practice what you preach
Would you turn the other cheek?
    Father father father help us
    Send some guidance from above
Cause people got me got me questioning
Where is the love?(where is the lovex3)(the lovex2)

I feel the weight of the world on my shoulder
As I'm getting older y'all people get colder
Most of us only care about money makin
Selfishness got us followin the wrong direction
Wrong information always shown by the media
Negative images is the main criteria
Infecting their young minds faster than bacteria
Kids wanna act like what the see in the cinema
Whatever happened to the values of humanity
Whatever happened to the fairness and equality
Instead of spreading love, we're spreading anomosity
Lack of understanding, leading us away from unity
That's the reason why sometimes I'm feeling under
That's the reason why sometimes I'm feeling down
It's no wonder why sometimes I'm feeling under
I gotta keep my faith alive, until love is found

    People killing people dying
Children hurtin you hear them crying
Can you practice what you preach
Would you turn the other cheek?
    Father Father Father help us
    Send some guidance from above
Cause people got me got me questioning
    Where is the love?

I think calling them more original than the mainstream is severly pushing it, considering everything I hear on...MTV and crap like that, is either this, or the only other alternative "IN DA CLUB".
And you need to read up what "Maven" means, because it doesn't really fit.

And having read number 2 and 3. I have decided something.
    They're very emo lyrics.

    They are emo, you're right.

Maven is not my choice of word. The use, as shown up above is by Kanye West. The chorus would sample, "Amazin'" by Kanye West ft. Young Jeezy. The line goes, "I'm a Monster, I'm a Maven, I know this world is changin', never gave in, never gave up, I'm the only thing I'm afraid of."

So really, it wasn't my choice, lol.

Also boys, none of this is serious, I'm just foolin' around, I'm not a song-writer ffs.

As much as I really adore and admire Kanye West for trying to be original, and the whole artistic fashion thing, I agree. He needs a reality check.

If you've ever worked as a butcher, you'll know that meat cleavers, are sharp, precise and clinical. I'd much rather have my brain stem cut and my body hacked up with a meat cleaver than get mangled in a car accident.

I think we spoke before on MSN. I actually have matched these lyrics up with perfect flow on many different free-instrumentals. I'm not a rapper though. I have a lot of other things to do. I may or may not release a mix-tape just for my real life friends, they enjoy it..cuz they are my friends.

I know you guys are comparing this stuff to ----- and extremely well written literature/poetry, but please remember I'm not a rapper or a song-writer, I'm a 19 year old kid from Toronto. This isn't so serious for me as it is for some people, I just started doing it a bit more these last 3 months.
