Mah Credits

I bought a name change thingo, but turns out someone was using the name I wanted.
So I clicked resell, assuming I'd get my credits back, but instead I lose all my credits & lose the item too?

I was going to change my name to Viral (just removing the 4), the only reason I used this name in the first place is another forum I was on had it taken so I stuck with Vir4l from then on.
