    Lol, i'm never buying Photoshop. I'm never buying any software, and i'm on windows..long as you know what you're doing you're not going to get a virus ;).

    Use Gimp like I do. You can do the same thing if you know what you're doing.

    Well I doubt many people here use gimp but it is a fair alternative if you're scared..

    Gimp can't compete with Photoshop, full stop.
    Maybe to some extent when making signature's, but if you ever want to really expand then you HAVE to move out from Gimp.

    It's not a coincidence that...no design studio's (at all) use Gimp.

    It's basically there to act as a convincer for people to buy Photoshop.

    people can torrent for quality as well... good quality for the price (free).

    im willing to bet that the majority of people here have downloaded it but wont admit it. im not open for argument though guys so please... all you pirates in denial, don't quote me with raging rebuttal lo

    Getting the suites for sub 600$ (minus the every single product one of course), is pretty glorious.
