I like the use f the lightning, maybe it would be better a different colour that wasn't green? I like the placement of the text, maybe not so much the text itself. There is good movement. Needs some blending and work on the background. but pretty good overall

A) You should always have a psd

B) It's quite nice maybe too much of the sparkle effect on the face if you're using a guassian blur like I think you are then I'd suggest erasing a little over the face.

Overall it's quite good. 78/100

Oh and make a thicker border

 

Its nice i like the lightening affect and ll and the colors flow well but its sum cases it could be a lil to much green i would try another color.

 

Make more use of BG's and try not to oversharpen and overdue your effects!
