Wow, where did movies and music albums come into play? It's only meant to download streaming content! The court case also dealt with streaming content. Content that is already available to you through legal methods can then be downloaded for offline viewing or listening as long as there isn't intent to permanently keep the files and use in any illegal manner. I sure hope the above statement is dumbass proof.

I haven't heard of anything recently, but to my knowledge the case is a few years old. It's funny to me how the people who replied are so against it yet they all most likely have 'truly' illegal copies of photoshop.
No one's complaining that it's illegal, since everyone does use a cracked photoshop. They were just correcting you when you said it was legal.
