I run a company where we design and code templates for people, custom, and also pre-made.

I am in need of coders, I can code. But the work will be to much once we get a lot of customers...

Since it's only me and whoever else gets the job that codes, you will get 30% of the profit... because the designer needs to get some money too...

So this is how it gets split

    Designer - 30%
    Coder - 30%
Owners - 20% Each (there are 2 owners)

    Total - 100%

    30 + 30 + (20*2) = 100 :)

How much work do you get weekly and how much do you charge per design/package?

Well, I currently get nobody because I just opened... But for custom designs it starts at 200 and goes up...

For pre-mades, you set the price to whatever you wish it to be for your design

I suppose if you have a job that can payout via paypal, send the design work over to me: [email protected]
