7 transformation pack This will turn your windows 2003 or Xp into windows 7. It doesn't mess with any important files or anything, it's simply a graphical makeover of your pc. You get the new icons, the new task bar and all and you can even have the side widgets with the clock and everything. (includes Viglance, Vistart, trueTransparancy ...) screenschots The top menu bar isn't associated with this modifications, that's done with Rocketdock More screenshots and an explanation on the different modifications can be found at the link I posted at the top. <div align="center"></div>
Yeah well, this is for those that just want the feeling of it Or to test it out to see if you like it (can be removed afterwards)
Great.. I'll be getting the Windows 7 now since I'm using Vista Ultimate x64 atm and can't use the makeover you gave.
Because Windows 7 is free from Microsoft you dolt. It is still a release candidate and has not been released for official purchasing (actually, I believe I received an e-mail stating the latest release candidate has been released to manufacturing).
i don't really think a visual style is what's necessary to figure out if you like an os or not. but hey, great work anyway. the email you got was probably saying that they shipped 7 to manufacturers, i.e. they're going to be shipping machines with 7 on it probably around october.
I wasnt actually suggesting he had illegaly obtained it, i was just observing the fact that he had already posted in another topic bout his.... 'activites' with an iphone and therefore joking about with the fact that seeing as there are already illegal copies of 7 floating around that maybe he obtained that copy of windows 7 in an indecent manner due to his previous post's i realise i was kind of idiotic for saying 'bought' instead of 'legally obtained'
It has been free ever since its been in beta stages. I've run 2 versions. On RC 7100 for the past few months. It's a wonderful OS! I have nothing but great things to say about it. Best thing to come out of Micro$oft in a long to. Even in RC it runs very smooth and I haven't had any significant bugs (besides norton). The email they sent was most likely about the official release which you can now pre-order. Prices and upgrade prices are already out, I got one about it too.
People rave about W7, and while it's good, most don't realise that it's only because its essentially Vista with a makeover and some minor improvements. It's already had 3 years on the market.
