Eh i'm using photoshop CS4 and i completely cannot access the filters. almost all of the options are blacked out and cannot be selected. i am also unable to save my documents as a diff format like jpg etc... what do i need to do?
Or, instead of reinstalling, you solve the problem for when it happens in the future. Otherwise you just keep reinstalling, and, if you're like me, you have a lot of custom settings that you reset each reinstall. Remix has the solution, follow his advice. You probably don't need to be working in 16 bit anyway.
