The shadows and highlights are all over the place, so some places look flat and others look 3-D. Next time try and keep your highlights and shadows separated and not all jumbled together(it would probably be a good idea to look at reference photos of real objects and study how the lighting makes them look 3-D/real). Overall it was a nice try but the execution went a little sour.
