    To create a rain effect, just create a new layer over top of your sig, fill with black, go to Filter>>Noise>>Add Noise, set it to Monochromatic and 50%. Then go to Filter>>Blur>>Motion Blur, and angle it and set it to about 45 degrees or whatever looks best and about 10px distance. Then just set it to Screen or Softlight in the blending mode and you have rain.

    To me it doesn't have much depth and nothing really catches my eye on it.
    Try making a point that'll instantly catch somones eye over the rest of the signature.
    I like the version without text better as well btw.

    Try doing something else to the building lights maybe?

    idk somethings kinda missing for me in this tag.

    I like the idea though :D
