to much stuff going around and the blending and stuff needs to be worked better. no real flow or focal point.

you just need to add a focal point and try to fix the colors, i gave it a try and this is what i got

not bad, but as said focal needs work in all and the effects are too messy, try working a litle more subtle effects and a little less obvious stuff
