    I actually managed to infect the entire earth EXCEPT Madagascar with a parasite, but as soon as the heart failure kicked in and billions started dying, they made a vaccine LOL.

    I dwindled the population down to mere millions... then I died.

    So I guess blacks repopulated the earth!

    They failed the vaccine three times! But I still am having trouble with spreading. It seems the slower you take it, and the more the symptons change, the harder for a vaccine, but the slower to evolve/infect.
