Less is more as the saying goes. Try to stick to one render/stock per sig. Make it nice and big and make it the focal point of the sig. Build the background around the render. At the moment the colours clash and the sig is very busy, try out a few full sig tuts, follow them word for word and I'm sure you'll pick up some tips.
