and think of the good and bad of his app.

the good
he does photography we have no one else who really does it.
he an give us his photos as stocks.
he can help with resources.
his psd's are so-so.
im sure there is more good but I can think of them seeing as it is 6:07am.

the bad
his tag's are so-so.
all he is really into is photography.
and again im sure there is more.

 

I think most importantly he is active and makes work.

 

I just think it would be using him. Obviously, if he's not up to par in art making like everyone has pretty much said, then we wouldn't be using him for competitions. Should we might be able to help him improve. But I still think that if we accept him just so that we can use his photography he'll be leaving sooner than we can say "hi".

 

I don't think you can look at it from that perspective, Rena. Cause in that case were also using FoG for his LPs.

It's about what you bring to the team, and he knows he has good photography and he is willing to bring that to the team.

 

Not to bug in, but you all should realize his ego is much like Neuron's, especially while reading over SLAB forums which he just came from.

I have denied him for the time being but have sent him a pm with some concerns and if he comes back on a good note I will come back and talk it over with you guys.

 

I talked with UA about some concerns we all had and this was his reply.


Ok, thank you, it is most likely not the best crew for me to be in, as i know half the members don't get along with me.
I would like to point out that what immortal said was 100% correct i would be making various textures exclusive for the teams i am in (here and on PR) as for the fact that members who were unsure how useful i would be in the team that is something i can not prove to you in any way, i can tell you my photography was respected and help my team (on PR) in battles, however i know the members of GR don't see photography as... well as good as regular tag.

As for my "Ego" i think that may come from me being critical of this site in general i am no way egotistical or up my self, i know what i like and what i don't, ill admit i can be very critical of peoples work at times, i still will tell them this in a helpful and kind manna, but i am also very critical of my own work.

"Some members felt your tag's are a big let down but others liked them to a extent." - Is this referring to my regular tags or my cropped photography tags.

as for my msn i believe chipe has it smilie.gif otherwise i don't think i have given it to many members on this site, feel free to add me if you want to talk about anything else regarding my app.

He seems like a decent guy and I'm sure the crew could benefit from his work. Esp since he said he wouldn't mind being in that position.
