I set up a home network for the house. I know that the game does not support lan. I am wondering if there is a mod to add this feature. My children would love to be able to play together in the same game. Any help here would be greatful. This is completely for self use not internet connected.
Pretty sure you'd need to set up a private game server, and to do that you'd probably need to download a ripped host client from somewhere.
Make the game folder shared on the network and place shortcuts on their systems to the share location?
Honestly no offense intended, but, how old are your kids? Isn't Hellgate rated mature? I mean, I guess if they are older than 12, that's okay. Not to be too personal, just wondering. My dad was a dickhead until I turned 13..14 maybe? About Mature rated stuff. He would never buy or, or rent it, or advise me to play it, but he didn't care if I ended up playing anyways, like Diablo.
