So I recently moved, and noticed my PS3 down speed has plummeted.

I have a 12mb/s connection from my provider, I'm on my laptop, wirelessly, and there is a wall and about 50ft between where I am right now, and my router. I took 3 different speedtests:
    Speakeasy.net -15mb down/ 3.4mb up
    Speedtest.net - 15mb down/ 3.3mb up
    Whatismyip.com/speedtest/index.asp - 14.8mb up/ 3.7mb down

Then to further my curiosity, I turned my wireless off on my laptop and plugged it into a lan line, I got an average of 22+mb/s on my laptop.

So then I turned all wireless and wired electronics off in my house.
I connected the PS3 through a lan line and only was getting a max of 2mb/s!

I've done some Googling, and it maybe a hardware bug?

Its a 80gb Ps3, got it the day it came out.

I know there's not much that can be done, its set to Nat 2, DMZ is enabled although it's not needed, uhm, I've tried 2 different routers and still the same results.

Anyone else got any ideas on the problem?

Lol, at my old place I had a 12mb connection, and I also had the same speeds wired and wirelessly, except the ps3 also had 20+mb/s when connected on a lan Line so I'm confused.

BRAS profile on the router should be synced properly (takes upto a week to adapt properly) and possibly MTU is too high/low

I enjoy where my MTU window is at lol.
and I prioritized the PS3 to have priority in bandwidth over all other devices

    so, I'm still confused lol
