    effects look nice and the color choice is ok....
    seems awfully blurred though. everywhere --

    it looks like u guassian blurred an applied image and lightened it :P remove that layer or town it down

    would be great if u sharpened the focal a bit

    looks much like gaussian blur

    btw hot colours!!

    On top of all ur layers apply image on a new layer and bring out ur sharpen tool and bring out the focal a bit mate and it will look a lot better, or u could erase parts of the lighten gaussian blur layer alternatively...

    Way too bright on the left, and that huge ball of white to cloud's right is distracting from the focal, which is cloud's face, right?
    Also text is distracting to the focal, but I can't say much, my text is horrible too.
