You wouldn't believe how much these cartoon shows are run purely on imagery.. it's mind boggling. Like kids actually pare attention.

But you might hurt your ankle adventuring in high heels.

*sigh* I can see it now: New Dora merchandise! Only at Kohl's! 50% off sale! Get yours now!

If this goes through, Kohl's will absolutely get an exclusive deal and sell that stupid babydoll top. And fake jewelry. And I'll find them all over the store and have to put them away. I already find Dora dolls everywhere. And Dora books. And Dora shirts. And Dora pants and shorts. And Dora jewelry. Did I mention Dora shirts?

Is it sad that the only thing this makes me think of is how it'll affect my work?

Let it be known that I want to burn anything related to Dora the Explorer.

What else are they changing that this is related to Dora? Hmm?

Eh, who cares. I mean, we live in a commercial dumping ground anyway. Personally, when I have kids, I'm not letting them watch TV until they're old enough to figure out what's bullsh!t and what's real.

I got plenty of DVDs of old Sesame St episodes to keep em happy.

Strawberry Shortcake's new makeover was described as "berry disturbing".
