Has anyone watched the Cannibal Holocaust? I've finally got my hands on it and will watch it in a while, has someone here watched it? I want to know if Cannibal Holocaust really did something gruesome as in reality? I know that the actors were not killed but yeah the Animals were. This is a very disturbing movie for all those who haven't watched it.

About Ed Gein; was this guy really what they portrayed him as in Texas Chainsaw Massacre? I've read a little about him and it's said that he actually wore women gentile skin and stuff like that :\

    Discuss.

Different guy, same state for Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Ed Gein is most similar to Buffalo Bill in Silence of the Lambs.

Yeah, Ed Gein also exhumed corpses and used their parts to decorate his house.

    He had serious mommy issues.

I heard they broke almost every law against animal cruelty the US has (even though it wasn't filmed in the US). Nasty, nasty stuff.

As for Eddy boy, he was up there on the coo coo scale. But he was fairly interesting (I had to do a paper on him last year). Serial killers are insane (according to society) but some are shocked to find most of them are intelligent people, misguided of course. I know it sounds weird, but I'd recommend reading up on some of the more famous ones. You'll be surprised.

Misguided is a representation of the norm associated with the media.

Realistically most serial killers have been known to be very intelligent, to the point of where they don't feel the need to associate themselves with social norms.

It's possible to say that their mind is free, and that is the reason they result to such primitive behaviors. If one thinks about it, their course of logic almost always matches the logic of the past during the days of conquest.

One of the many reasons I'm going into a psychology major. The human mind continues to surprise me everyday.
