Little Inactivity

    Hey guys, well.. Over the years Little by little I've been engulfed into the cyber world, not only graphic design, but also gaming. I've been gaming since the demo of unreal tournament 99. Go figure, before 1999 and I'm 19. I Use to go out every night, ------ around with girls, get ------ed up etc.. but little by little it stopped, i started spending more time on my computer, gained a little weight.. not much but now i realized, and its basically become an essential to my life, like a drug you just can't stop. My priorities have gotten ------ed, I got lazier, and its become quiet painful to realize whats going on, yet i don't want to because of all the fun times I've had. Now I'm not saying "goodbye" but i am saying that i am gonna try to lead my life in a more positive matter, and set a time to when its time to ------ around on the internet. I fractured my hip about 2 years ago, and maybe a few months ago i started walking again becoming normal. Its sad when you come to realize you've ditched parties, friends etc.. to ------ around on the internet.

    So just so you know, if I'm not as active as i seem to appear now, its not because i dislike the group or anybody or just think too highly of myself, its just that I'm trying to set my life straight and get a girl i can keep without her bitching at me for the little things in life i found to be a nesessity rather then little hobbies. I'm gonna start taking things more professionally as well. Before i was invited to come here i was starting to switch things around, but the immaturity, the sense of the old days having fun making fun of people came into play once again, and for that i am sorry.

    I apologize to Justin.. I was an ------ with this hole ------- ----.. he shouldn't have gotten mad like a little girl over some stupid ---- that was all in for the fun of it, but meh. I guess everybody has there limits, and i crossed mine.

    But yeah, i hope now you guys understand more, and no, from reading above I'm not ------ing fat =/, just gained some weight from inactivity of working out which I'm gonna be changing in 6 weeks, gonna get my 6 pack abs back.

    If anybody has any workout suggestions, would be appreciated. Also i don't want suggestions from somebody who does ----, i want explicit details, workouts etc.. I'm not gonna waste my money on video ---- that can be taught to me for nothing. Its the great of good, shouldn't be sold. But anyway yeah.

    At the moment, I've got 2 25 dumbells that I'm doing curls with, and sets.
    I got a bar, and i can max it at 120 with all the weights on it (counting the bar which is 10 pounds), But right now I haven't really worked out since my accident much, I've just started out a month ago working with the safe street with just 60, so i figure soon I'll add another 20 soon and work with 80 and soon build more up.
    I've been doing body toning, pushups, crunches,situps as well for the full effect, also doing the side crunches, i even put a 10 pound weight behind my head while doing the cruntches/situps for more of a workout.

    I'm basically trying to get "back" into shape before i hit the gym up because when i go to the gym its basically back to heavy lifting to get brolic.

    Get back to me, Leave retarded comments and may the fleas of a thousand camels infest your crotch.

    Always good to get your priorities right and start taking steps to make your life work for you. Drop by the forums tho, and all the best to you man :)

    im really into fitness mate, i weigh 155 and bench around 210 squat around there and stuff, what kind of equipment do you have, like able to squat or anything? i got some programs ive used and know what works for me (im a ------ing ectomorph so and weight i gain is a miracle lol) so do you just got the bar and dumbells? are you goals only toning? and whats safestreet?

    Sounds good man. It is getting nicer out, summer...spring break. Which is why i havnt been too active aswell.
