    lol, good manipulation. The zip and brain looks ace.
    But the blood near the eyes needs a bit of work. (the right side mainly)

    The blood looks like its more on the camera, than on him. And all the worms look weird.

    brain/zipper looks good. Blood on right eye (our left) and worms look a bit blurry. Add more shadows around the opening of the nostrils, and where the worm goes into brain.

    The blood on the left eye doesn't really work too well.
    As someone said, it looks as if it's on the camera.

    The worms are kinda creepy..
    Great piece of work.
