Then you were obviously not addicted. Do you know how to smoke a cigarette correctly? I really find it hard to believe that you just stopped with no problem. You had to have at least some kind of trouble no matter how minor, unless like I said before you weren't addicted. And Kovan 50 cigarettes a day is not a lot at all. I buy close to two packs a day as well as bumming cigarettes of off buddies. Sometimes you really just don't notice how much your smoking until the end of the day. Especially when you're out with friends and everyone is smoking.
This reminds me of .. But GL trying to quit. Many people say its hard and it must be. Been used to smoking and then all of the sudden down to little per day.
It's a lot harder after 2 years of smoking to quit, I've smoked since i was 12 and i quit when i was 13 which was easy as just stopping, then i started again (yes i thought it was cool) and now I'm trying to quit again now being 20 (21 this year) and its not easy at all i tried smoking a pipe and now I'm on to premades to help and I'm smoking 10 a day so I've cut down by around 30 from rolling my own. So you don't have a clue, especially when you start smoking 40+ a day, I've tried patches, nicotine inhalers, a pipe and quitting altogether, and the 3 day rule doesn't mean nothing, especially smoking at that level, you'll always want a smoke but it just gets easier. Actually when i was in glasgow even Jamie was surprised how much i smoked which was mainly due to being around other smokers and drinking alot.
Some people don't get easily addicted. I've tried many things that are supposedly addictive, and have found myself relatively fine. Smoking is not something I really have a problem with. I only feel like smoking when I've been drinking, and I usually only get drunk enough once every couple of weeks or so.
Why is the title, I've Quit Smoking? shouldn't it be quitting? Anyway good luck as I've heard you have to go to hell and back to try to stop.
