Yeah that's right, as of March 2nd, 2009 I have been in the process of quitting smoking. I can do it because I have the will power now and I've decided it after a long period of consideration. Those of you who haven't smoked before would say that it's easy to quit smoking but in fact it's not! I've already cut down to 4/5 cigarettes per day from the 40 that I used to smoke usually, I've been smoking for 6 years now.

Oh i lost even more respect for you zohair. Don't you want to win the game and get cancer!?!? Thats the whole point i smoke.
I just started again yesterday, got exams incoming and got quite a bit of stress.. Was quitted for 2 months, will requit after that but could really use them now.
Because I feel disgusted from it and want to save myself from dying a cowardly and shameful death. Yes mate 40~43 Cigarettes a day which is 2 packets but I have people here who smoke more than that, who light their second cigarette as soon as their first one is about to extinguish. I used to smoke that much due to stress lately, I started off from 3~4 cigarettes a day and then ended up smoking at least a packet and a half (30~35 sticks) a day.. Maj, to be serious, I don't think you want yourself to be a Cancer patient because you simply have no idea what it feels to be infected with Cancer, my father was diagnosed with Prostrate Cancer and since then I haven't seen him as good as normal but the doctors are working on it and by the will of Allah he will be cured. Don't wish for it, don't wish for it.
My mothers had cancer, one of my grans died from it, my other had it but surivied, my aunt just got off chemo and is recovering. So i think i know the pain that comes with cancer. Edit: I was actually the same as you Zohair, i started 7years ago just before i started high school. It was out with mates havign the odd cigarette, then i got into high school and i'd smoke 5 a day, one in the morning before class started, one at break, one at lunch and one after class. Slowly developed into me smoking 10 cigarettes a day, then 20, then i moved onto smoking rolling tabacco and now im smoking probably close to 50. I live with my dad a lot, and he detests smoking. So when i go outside the apartment, im smoking 2 or 3 cigarettes at a time too. Edit2: I actually rolled a cigarette while typing that |:
50 a day .. that is just insane man, you really need it?, i know some people who smoke alot but never seen anyone smoke 50 a day how much money to you spend in one month ? roughly
Hmm that means you don't buy branded cigarettes like Dunhill, Benson & Hedges, Davidoff, Marlboro etc... Because I fink it's very expensive in the UK especially with the VAT included. Anyway, what I mean to advice was, try not to smoke that much. I mean I'd love to have you around for even 5 more years rather than see you die sooner than you would have without smoking.. Try not smoking it yea or just smoke when you really feel like it...
