How To Make A Photoshop Canvas Bigger?

    Can i manually make it bigger without having to open a new document and moving it across? i have about 2000 layers on one document and its lagging hardcore when i try to move it across and freezes on me.

    Image>>Canvas Size. Change the size to suit.

    press Ctrl then + or - to zoom in and out

    You're telling me you're invested enough in graphics to have a single document of 2k layers but have no clue how to expand the canvas size?

    What are you doing? 1 pixel per layer?

    Here's another good tip:

    To add text, click the box with the large 'T' and then select the area you wish to add text.

    Then just type what you want. You can actually size and font (font is what the text looks like) if you want, but that might be too advanced for you.
