Once again, has no flow. seems to be random brushing. the lighting is also very random. I would suggest reading some tutorials, not necessarily to copy them, but to get a grasp on more of photoshop's uses.
No, he's correct. The piece has poor composition, lighting is off (its just some soft brushing at the top which don't seem to flow onto the render) and it doesn't have any colour and it looks like the background is just some grunge brushes over a C4D.
