well i am having a little dispute at another site about a tag, and was woundering if i could get some pr0fessional opinions on it, please, either like neuron, or humac, or the other pr() artists here post your thoughts on the tag. and yes i got permission from the original artist to post it here, thanks!
Well, as far as a rating would go, it would be a very clear n0vice. Very basic tag, with very bad text, and amateurish effects (the whole glowing strings wrapped around body parts has been done by every noob who discovers the pen-tool and the "outer glow" layer style simultaneously). Composition is bad, and colours are predictable for that render. Basic use of C4D and spatter brushes, and what looks like a default smudged background one a gradient. Very much a n0vice.
Looks like a tag I made when I first started.. Nothing really special about it, looks like he/she followed a old tut.
Not bad, but very boring, run of the mill... BG is VERY lacking. Lighting could DEFINITELY be better, kinda monotone even with the LITTLE green in there, and yeah... text sucks. That's what I gotta say.
