    Take out the scanlines and the marching-ants border, I like the rest :D

    I absolutely love this. I'm a huge fan of Fallout 3 and the marching-ants border fits perfectly!

    really love this tag but im not too keen on the border. the scan lines are good but not the checker i reckon, nice tag well done. Great work on the text
