But around 35 people are listed here... the crew should not have more than 16 members according to guidelines. Pepsi or Kirbir... one of you should probably make a list of those not actually in the crew so we can just be clean, fresh, and aware of our current situation.
i'm inclined to just leave that there - it's proof that BC is the BEST crew to improve with - look at how many alumni we have! and look what crews they've started!

I vote we kick anyone that doesn't post in the private forums in their first week of having access. So many times I see beginners asking to join to improve, and we say "sure, you look like you've made some solid improvement, lets see if we can help", and they completely disappear. DRM just made it in, so hopefully he gets permissions soon, and starts getting active.
