What I need is outlined in the little smock drawing I made of what I am looking for that I've provided. It is a relatively basic design (as I am a fan of simiplicity) so I don't want to spend a whole lot of money on it, something reasonable would be fine though. You can ask any of the previous people I have bought different things from here that I am good for the money.

I have done business with RetaL, -Mantis-, »ÐгΔgØŋ«, and Chipesicles from this site.

That is the basic idea of what I am looking for, along with details about what I need.

The image I said I would provide for the banner is: http://files.xboxic.com/xbox-360/quake-war...utskirts-pc.jpg - Maybe the one soldiers face with some of the buildings behind him. If possible I would like a cartoonized or maybe a vecotrized version of it, if it's not too much trouble, or the designer can make a banner from scratch with a cartoon-ish or vecotrish look to it.

The two buttons I said I needed (More with an arrow pointing either way) obviously need to be done separately.

For the designed by image I mentioned in my scaned drawing, I meant that if a short bar that runs the length of the content box is made and put under the content box with a little space between the two (can be done by either you in the design phase or me in the coding phase) a comment of "designed by yourname" can be put on it, as well as a "Content copyright Jared, qwtramps.net 2009" comment. Again, that can either be done by you and saved all together as an image in the design phase, or I can add it when I code it. If I add it I can and will link the name to the designers portfolio, dA page, or what they wish it to link to.

Again, as I wrote in the image, I need it to be sliced and saved as a webpage ( I think thats the option that photoshop gives ) so I can finish coding it/recode it.

If the person who takes this (can be several people if they want, and I will choose the one I like the most and most fits what I need) and they want to show me a preview of it, you can add a "preview" or a "sample" watermark on it to ensure I don't try to use it without paying for it. I will also show the designer the finished and coded product when I am done if they wish.

I will be on MSN about anytime today (Wednesday Feb 25th) and tomorrow, and then Friday morning, after that it's iffy when I will be on, but I will be on at some point. You can ask any questions you have on MSN, post here, send me a private message, or email me.

On a side note, I believe in a designers ethics and honor and would appreciate it if the template/website I pick and pay for isn't then resold later to somebody else. Normally I wouldn't even mention it, but I have had it happen to me before (though not from this website) so you can just never be too careful anymore.

So you only want a design right? I could do this for you if you'd like.

Yeah just the design, but it needs to be sliced and saved for the web or as a webpage, whatever the option in photoshop is.

Coding from scratch would work best; it's the most effective, will make it load faster, and its a lot more customizable then the pre-made imageready/photoshop coding.

Or you could get someone else to code it for you. As for budget, it's your call as to how much you would be willing to spend.

Nah I can code it, it's not a problem, but I would need all the images saved individually still wouldn't I? I am pretty good with coding, though I am currently learning CSS which is what I will be coding it with, CSS/XML, I just need a starting point for it.

For the budget, I could do around 30-50 I think, maybe up a little.

That's fine. I'll add you tomorrow to get some better details on what you want.

CSS would eliminate most images, excluding banners and background patterns.
