Who Here Likes Strategy Games?

Like 4X strategy games like Empire: Total War, etc.

I'm currently helping in the production of a 4X strategy game that will take place in space, so I'm hoping you guys will buy it once it hits steam.

That's what we're currently planning, to have it published on steam.

I expect everyone to purchase a copy.

 

If I had steam I'd definitely consider it. Since I don't, Halo Wars will have to do.

 

RTS is the best gaming genre, it requires alot of skill and atention, and in a good RTS luck is no factor. I absolutely love the Red Alert games.

 

I play gow2. RTS is probably my 2nd fav genre

 

I still need to go buy GoW2.

I play Medeival 2: Total War + Kingdoms expansion

Its the best stratagy game ever made

I was a big fan of some of the "older" strategy games, Age of Empires, Rise of Nations, Starcraft, etc

 

Age of the Empires is a good series of RTS games.

I find it odd that I suck so much at RTS games but still love them. I'm going to be getting a new RTS, anyone have recommendations? I already have StarCraft:BW, RoN:T&P, and CoH. I was looking at Sins of a Solar Empire but those 6 hour long games are crazy haha the scale of that game is massive
