    Honestly, I can't even begin to imagine why anybody would still be running an AGP motherboard. Overlooking the fact that you apparently live in a poverty stricken community in a third world country, I would suggest going with the card you linked from Newegg, simply because the amount of feedback on the X700 is very sparse.
