Governed help facilities have a success rate of about 7.5%... the most it does is keep them off the streets for the whole... 30 days or w/e kids are getting nowadays. Ding. I don't do the whole violence against animals thing. I mean simple kids things like... flipping the cat in the air and letting it land on the ground and run away... sure, that is a given if you have kids around. When it comes to things like beating an animal till dead, removing claw,s spraying shit in the eyes, bashing heads in, etc. I despise it. This doesn't count if the animal is already dead. I just don't condone killing animals which haven't done anything bad. Trust me, when it comes to mutilating dead animal bodies, I am right there, but not when the animal is alive, ever.
the cat was in the shower and the kid grabded it around the neck throw it agaisnt the wall started to punch it about 10times over and over, picked it up again and slammded into the wall. and then turned water on and wet it and put cleaning products in its eyes (didn't see that far) its just sick glade it got taken down glade people know who he is and is probably going to jail or something
It seems like the kid who made the video is already having his information and everything about him pop up everywhere on /b/ and other sites. He's in deep ----.
I downloaded the video before it was removed. It's just horrendous. A stupid little twerp is just beating a poor defenseless cat to death. I really want this guy to get attacked by a group of cats when he is sleeping or atleast get some jail time. I know he's like 13 or 15, but he should still get some heavy punishment for this.
For an adult: http://www.straypetadvocacy.org/html/cruelty_laws.html As you can see the *maximum* punishment (being tried as an adult) in *most* states is up to $5,000 in fines and up to 5 years in jail (if they even serve) for animal cruelty resulting in serious injury and/or death as of July of 2003. Being that this is a child... you could legitimately cut that down to about... 1-2 year of probation, and about $800-1000, and a felony on his record that will be dropped when he turns 18. Sorry, no luck for you. This isn't even considering the fact a defense attorney could legitimately claim something such as insanity, poor parenting (especially if hes 13 to 15), etc. and turn this isn't a suit against the parents and school rather than against the child.
hope he goes to the teen prison (forgot what its called) and gets beat badly the fact theres no punishment for that is stupid, at least they can save the poor cat, all it was doing was sleeping.
