    Alright, I don't really like Miley Cyrus that much, but that lady is going way too far. Suing a TEENAGE girl for making squinty eyes like an Asian? Come on, what teenager (or even adult) hasn't done that? There's even an Asian in the picture doing it with them!

    And I don't care about that "Oh, she has to be a role model" crap. Everyone is entitled to having a little bit of fun with their friends.

    wow this is rediculous. i sure know i must have done the squinty eyes thing and made different azn jokes at least a million times in my 20 years on this planet...

    As well how can someone sue on BEHALF of someone else for something offensive?

    shouldn't it only people who TAKEN offense to an act that want to sue

    Tbh i hate americans ( no offence dont sue me) because they sue for absolutly anything. However if i thought i could make 4 Billion!!!! for doing it ill be first in line with my team of lawyers

    I hope you all realize that the laws on suing someone are nearly international (slight distinctions) and the same stuff happens in other countries to their prominant figures.

    The reason America seems like 'omg so many people suing everyone' is because we produce the highest amount of prominant figures, and thus the highest amount of people targetted.

    Its the same concept with viruses between Mac and Windows...
