Not a bad smudge. I'd work on the text though. Also, if you wanted to learn some new techniques, try downloading some free tutorials from the link in my sig.
Flow is pretty good, and colors are decent in some parts just needs more saturation. And yes, text does need more work or just simply get rid of it.
Saturation is about the vibrance of a color.You can turn it up by going to Hue/Saturation on a new Apply Image and turning up the Saturation, just don't over do it, it is very easy to mess up and have the colors oversaturated.
