Firstly! Hold shift to resize your render in proportion!!! i think i might have mentioned this in another thread of yours or somebody else im not too sure, dont distort you render to fill space, it needs to stay in proportion or it doesnt work, it screws up the whole tag. if you want all of his body in a tag i sggest either making it slightly taller tag or go for a vertical tag but that means you probably cut out sides of the render in this case.

Second dont do text just yet, it kills the tag you need to work on making the tag work on its own first before you think about adding text and even then you need to work on text styles, fonts and placement to make it look good,

The bg is alright, it could do with more dynamics in it ( light/ dark etc) but over all its alright.

The render needs to be blended a bit better to work with the tag but as he is distorted its hard to see.

Lastly we need a light source, im seeing light reflections on his arm/ shoulder but there is no indication where it is comming from, try just a soft white brush in the top right corner.

Overall not your best work and by no distance comparable to your last spidy tag. Keep reading tutorials and keep practicing, we all do this from time to time, even the best, theres always a dodgy tag in amongst a good progression.

    Keep it up
(If any of that offends you im sorry but im saying it to help you and not flam your work) everyone has to start somewhere..

    Regards DRM

    Edit--

One more thing, i forgot to mention.. Look at your last spidy tag and look at the flow you created with the bg smudge, it flows with the perspective direction he is going.. You have left it out in this one

Yeah, you seriously need to get in the habit of holding shift down when you resize your renders... Otherwise it totally screws your tag over. Not good man. Make it a habit to do it right!

Yea as Snake said dont forget to hold shift down to keep your render in good proportion so it doesn't stretch out.
