Can anyone help me with where to find creative borders, or what I can use to create them? I want to be able to use borders like the one on this banner:
they're called tech borders, you make them in photoshop while you're making a sig, and they're damn ugly.
Most people who made those boarders get hated on. You should stick to a simple one, so you dont take away from your focal. But im sure you can check Deviant Art
